The Model 256 tool is designed for high-speed production applications, able to install up to 20 fasteners per minute. Because it has slightly more swaging power than the Model 255, the 256 is able to install up to 3/8'' steel Magna-Grip fasteners.
The tool provides optimum stroke for one-cycle installations, and features a concentric (inline) pull piston and new front gland design, allowing for easy piston removal.
The 256 is factory-tested for 2000 cycles, ensuring the tool's reliability, and plated piston rods extend seal life, adding to its durability. This proven production tool weighs only 11.1 pounds.
The 256BT Tool is designed for rapid installation of Huck BobTail fasteners. It features optimum stroke for one-cycle installation of fasteners, and minimal moving parts. Comes with standard inline and offset nose assemblies, ranging from 4mm to 10mm.
The Model 2581 replaces the 2580 and is a lightweight tool (only 6.58 pounds) designed for use in a wide range of high-speed production applications using high speed rivets. With only one moving part, the tool provides for increased reliability and requires minimal maintenance. An offset piston design allows the Model 2581 to easily fit in limited clearance applications.
The 2624 is a lightweight ergonomic alternative to the 585 or 586 tool for installing 5/8'' and 16MM diameter Huck lockbolts and blind bolts.
This line of tooling is fully compatible with existing nose assemblies.
Offering durable construction, advanced hydraulics, and safe, ergonomic design, the 3585 installation tool is easy-to-hold and efficient to use. An improved piston and cylinder design promote longer life. In addition, the nose adapter can be removed through the back of the tool for ease of repair. The 3585 is ideal for installation of all -16 (1/2'' to -24 (3/4") pintail-style lockbolts. Stroke: 1.812”; Weight: 19 lbs.
The Huck 3585PT Hydraulic Installation Tool goes beyond the 3585 by offering the capability to install Huck-Spin and Huck-Spin2 fasteners with a pass-through piston and end cap design. In addition, the 3585PT is fully compatible with Huck BobTail® fasteners. The stroke has been increased to 1.900'' allowing the capacity to install and remove 20mm fasteners.
